Do I need a reservation to participate?
Reservations are necessary to ensure a place on all excursions, and also allow us to notify participants in the event of changes in plans, such as cancellation of excursions in case of bad weather.

Is there a safe place where I can store my belongings during the excursion?
Yes, you can leave all your belongings and personal effects in a secure and supervised place for maximum safety.
What happens in case of bad weather?
For safety reasons, the excursion itineraries may vary or may in some cases be canceled (and refunded) in the event of adverse weather conditions.
Light rain, forecasted bad weather, changeable weather, scattered clouds, light winds or high temperatures (they never reach extreme levels and it is always possible to kayak with the equipment we provide) are not accepted reasons for a refund in case of cancellation by the customer.
In the event of constant rain, strong winds, rough seas or bad weather forecasts, excursions may be canceled at our discretion and fully refunded. It is also possible to postpone the excursion, depending on our and the client's availability.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
There is a 100% refund only in case of:
- Cancellation due to bad weather at our discretion
- Cancellation by the customer at least 48 hours in advance.
Any no-show, change or cancellation made less than 48 hours before the date of the excursion will not give the right to a refund or credit and the entire cost of the excursion will be charged.
